Elizabeth (Liz) Johnson, a retired and seasoned public servant, began her career in the U.S. Senate and advanced to senior roles within the federal government. Her work has always centered on protecting everyday Americans. As co-founder of Strategic Housing Solutions, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, she is dedicated to fighting illegal foreclosures and home equity theft, with a focus on deed fraud that targets seniors and vulnerable homeowners. With extensive policy expertise and a strong commitment to justice, Liz works directly with families, champions legislative reform, and educates communities about their housing rights. Her mission is clear: to protect the homes people have spent their lives building. 

Beth Jacobson is a nationally recognized whistleblower and homeowners’ rights advocate. After exposing discriminatory lending practices at Wells Fargo, which resulted in a $175 million Department of Justice settlement, she dedicated the past 15 years to helping families fight foreclosure. A former mortgage insider and experienced paralegal, Beth supports homeowners through mediation and legal collaboration and has been admitted as an expert witness in multiple states. She was honored with a Special U.S. Congressional Recognition for her advocacy in Maryland.
