Our History
Strategic Housing Solutions is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing homeowners with information to protect them against unlawful foreclosures and equity theft. As an information clearinghouse, our mission is to empower homeowners with the knowledge, tools, and support they need to defend their property rights and safeguard their most valuable asset—their home.
Every year, countless families across the country fall victim to fraudulent legal tactics, predatory lending practices, and improper foreclosure procedures that threaten to strip them of their homes and hard-earned equity. Many of these homeowners are unaware of their rights or lack the resources to fight back. We are here to change that.
Our work centers on educating the public about foreclosure laws, equity theft schemes, and the rights homeowners have under both state and federal law. Through workshops, online resources, community outreach, and direct assistance, we provide clear, accessible information to help homeowners identify red flags, understand their legal options, and connect with trustworthy legal and housing resources.
